What people are saying

  • I was reluctant to see a pelvic floor therapist after giving birth but after a few months I realized it was going to be necessary if I wanted to get back to being me. Katie was a life saver, helping me to see light at the end of the tunnel. She's proactive, provides great advice and feedback and really listens to what's going on with you and your body. I wish I had started going to see her during pregnancy because I think it would have been a tremendous help during labor, delivery and the early postpartum days.

  • Who knew I needed this ??? … So thankful we found each other! This group has been welcoming, encouraging and more than helpful on the journey of strengthening my pelvic floor and finding my new normal after two deliveries. Amy is lovely, approachable, realistic and so pleasant as my therapist. I look forward to our time together and leave feeling empowered to improve.

  • A friend recommended ATL Pelvic Health during my second Trimester. I’m so happy I choose to do prenatal & postpartum sessions with Dr. Becca! I truly feel this made all the difference in my recovery, which was honestly quick and without major issues. The level of care & attention to my personal goals was amazing.

  • I was skeptical at first when I went to see Katie. I had a lot of pain and really didn't know how PT would help, but she really helped me with my pregnancy issues and prepped me for labor. She is awesome and I felt like it was well worth my time. I will definitely reach back out after I deliver my baby.

  • ATL Pelvic Health is great! While they were not the closest option to me, I would happily drive 30 minutes to them again. I worked with Dr. Paige after a difficult birth. She was wonderful—so friendly and warm, it was like visiting a friend instead of going to PT. The exercises she gave me really helped, and I feel back to myself and pain free.

  • I cannot recommend ATL pelvic health enough. One of the first things I told my labor and delivery nurse after giving birth was “I am so glad I went to a pelvic floor doctor this pregnancy.” Not only did Dr. Becca help address pain or discomfort that came up during my pregnancy, but compared to my first born my actual labor experience was 10x better after the things I learned from Dr. Becca. The labor breathing and pushing exercises are valuable to anyone who is pregnant.

  • This team has been such a wonderful safe haven to discuss all the things we've been trained not to - and make our lives better in the process. Each difficulty, fear or problem is handled with care and respect and the tools I've gained as a result I'll carry with me for the rest of my life. They are the best of the best - specialists who are passionate about women's issues.
