Menopause Pelvic Floor Therapy

At ATL Pelvic Health, we believe menopause is not the end of strength, it's a new beginning. Our Menopause Program supports you through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, from the first signs of change to long after your final period. Your body is changing, and your care should too.

Comprehensive Care for Every Stage of Menopause:

Bladder + Bowel Support: We address leaking, urinary urgency, frequent bathroom trips, and constipation that can come with shifting estrogen levels.

Pelvic Floor Assessment: We restore balance and coordination to your pelvic floor, easing tightness, pain, and discomfort, including pain with intimacy.

Hormone Education: We help you understand what's happening in your body and the options available, and we work alongside your doctor or menopause provider.

Lifestyle Support: You'll get a custom home program plus tools for stress and sleep, with check-ins to keep you progressing.

Movement for Bone + Heart Health: Strength training to support bone density, plus mobility work for your hips, pelvis, and spine.

Nutrition for Menopause: Realistic, sustainable guidance on foods that support hormone changes, bone density, and heart health.

We provide so much more than kegels because kegels are not always the answer! We look at your bladder, bowel, movement, and hormones together, using a combination of hands-on pelvic floor therapy, functional movement, and Pilates. Every body is unique, which is why our treatment plans are individualized, too.

Why Patients Choose ATL Pelvic Health

At ATL Pelvic Health, we believe pelvic health care should feel individualized, supportive, and collaborative. Our team is dedicated to providing one-on-one care that looks beyond symptoms alone and helps patients feel truly heard throughout their journey. You should never feel dismissed. Your concerns matter, and your goals guide your care. Leaking, pain, new joint aches, and feeling disconnected from your body are common in midlife, but you don't have to accept them as "just getting older."

Whether you're noticing the first changes or you're years past your last period, we'll build a plan that helps you feel strong, confident, and active. Let's work together on your next chapter!

One-on-One, Hour-Long Sessions

Every appointment is spent entirely with a pelvic rehab fertility specialist in a private treatment room, allowing time for individualized care, hands-on treatment, education, and meaningful support. No two fertility journeys are the same. Every treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s unique symptoms, goals, medical history, and stage of care.

Whole-Body Approach Beyond “Just Kegels”

We look at how the pelvic floor works together with the hips, core, posture, breathing patterns, nervous system, movement strategies, and overall body mechanics to support long-term function and wellness. Our one-on-one fertility-focused pelvic rehab sessions combine gentle hands-on treatment with individualized guidance designed to support overall pelvic health and reproductive wellness. Treatment may include manual therapy techniques, mobility work, breathing and nervous system support, movement strategies, and education tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Sessions take place in a calm, supportive environment where our goal is to help improve pelvic mobility, reduce tension and restrictions, support overall body function, and help you feel more connected and supported throughout your fertility journey.

Collaborative Care Model

We value collaboration with reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, acupuncturists, mental health professionals, nutrition providers, and other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive patient support.

I came in skeptical, but I can feel the difference in my body even in the middle of process.
