Your pelvic floor has a big job to do.
Let’s give it the support it deserves.
We help people with a pelvis find relief from pelvic pain and pain with intimacy, navigate pregnancy pain, prepare for birth and heal throughout every stage of postpartum recovery.
You don’t have to “just deal” with pelvic floor dysfunction. Imagine…
Feeling free to get intimate with your partner without pain or discomfort.
Returning to the physical activities you love after childbirth without fear.
Strengthening your pelvic floor (and birthing confidence!) during pregnancy.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but not normal—so let’s do something about it.
At ATL Pelvic Health, we individualize pelvic floor therapy to every person who walks through the door. Through a combination of hands-on treatment, functional movement and Pilates, we will work together to chart a course toward eliminating your pelvic floor symptoms.
The ultimate goal? Although we like to talk about pelvises around here, we don’t want you to stress about yours anymore.
Pelvic Floor Therapy Is So Much More Than Kegels
We are NOT your traditional pelvic floor therapy clinic. What sets ATL Pelvic Health apart:
Pelvic Floor Therapy Is What We Specialize In
At ATL Pelvic Health, pelvic floor therapy isn’t just one of many things we offer—it’s the only thing we do. Every physical and occupational therapist on our team is highly trained and solely focused on pelvic health, so you can feel confident you’re in expert hands from day one.One-on-One Care for the Full Hour
We value your time and your story. Each visit is a full hour of one-on-one care with your therapist’s complete attention—no overlapping patients, no handoffs, just personalized care that meets you where you are.Private, Peaceful Treatment Environment
Your sessions take place in calming, private treatment rooms—no open gym areas or busy waiting rooms. We’ve designed our space intentionally for comfort, privacy, and healing. Not Just Kegels—Truly Personalized Treatment
We don’t do cookie-cutter care or one-size-fits-all plans. And no, it’s not all about Kegels—in fact, for many people, Kegels can make symptoms worse. Instead, we focus on identifying the root cause of your symptoms and tailoring a plan that actually works for you.A Whole-Body, Root-Cause Approach
You are more than just your pelvic floor—and we treat you that way. We look at the entire body to understand how different systems and structures may be contributing to your symptoms. Our goal is to uncover and address the root cause, not just chase symptoms. We're here to help you reach your goals and feel empowered in your body again.Collaborative Care from a Specialized Team
At ATL Pelvic Health, you’re not just working with one provider—you’re supported by an entire team of pelvic health specialists. While we prioritize consistency with the same therapist for each session, our clinicians collaborate behind the scenes to share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure you're receiving the most well-rounded and effective care. When you work with us, you benefit from the collective expertise of a team that’s fully invested in your progress.
What We Treat
Pelvic Pain + Pain with Sexual Activity
Sexual activity should be pleasurable, not painful. From vaginismus to painful sex after having a baby to changes following menopause, pelvic pain or pain during intercourse can arise during any stage of life. We will work with you to identify the root cause and help you find long-term relief from your symptoms.
Bowel Health + Gut Function
Are you struggling to have regular bowel movements? Often, we don't pay attention to our bowel movements until we are having trouble with them. Constipation is a common side-effect of pregnancy postpartum—although it can occur at other times, too. Through physical therapy and holistic suggestions, we will help you find a solution to your bowel difficulties.
Low Back Pain + Hip Pain
If your chronic low back or hip pain didn’t improve through traditional physical therapy, that may be because you’re targeting the wrong area: Pelvic floor muscles are integral parts of our deep core, which gives stability to our spine and pelvis. By assessing your pelvic floor muscles, we may be able to get to the root of ongoing pain in your back or hips.
Prenatal + Postpartum Care
Whether you are preparing to get pregnant, are currently expecting or recently welcomed a baby, we are here for you. The fact is the human body changes in dramatic (yet amazing!) ways during and after pregnancy. We can help optimize your pelvic health, improve low back, alleviate hip or pubic symphysis pain during pregnancy, prepare you for vaginal or cesarean delivery and empower you for your postpartum recovery.
Diastasis Recti + Core Weakness
The majority of moms experience Diastasis Recti—a separation of the abdominal wall—at some point during or after pregnancy. This can result in core weakness, stress incontinence, pain during sex or other side effects. The good news is that physical therapy is highly effective! We combine our pelvic floor therapy knowledge with our Pilates training to build a program to help you restore your core strength.
Urinary Symptoms
No one has time for bathroom breaks every 30 minutes. If you feel like your bladder is always full or you are always on high alert for leaks (sneezing shouldn’t be this scary!), we want to work with you to improve your bladder health. By addressing the root problem and identifying triggers, we can help you live without urinary urgency, frequency, leakage, recurrent UTIs or an overactive bladder.
