Prenatal Pilates- 6 week online series

Join us for 6 weeks every Thursday starting October 14th for a 45 minute Pilates mat class led by our pelvic floor therapist and certified Pilates instructor, Katie Moise.

Who should sign up?

This class is perfect for anyone who is trying to conceive, is currently pregnant or is postpartum.

 

All exercises will be designed and tailored to the participants with modifications available to meet you where you are.

When is it?

Our online classes will be held via Zoom every Thursday for six consecutive weeks starting October 14th. They will be for 45 minutes each week from 10-10.45 AM. This online series will be held the following dates: 

October 14

October 21

October 28

November 4

November 11

November 18

Why Pilates? 

Pilates focuses on breathing, postural alignment, core control and overall strength which are important throughout each stage of pregnancy, preparing for birth and recovery after birth.

 

Our goal during this six week series is to bring you more awareness to your core and pelvic floor and to help you feel good with movement.

What is the investment? 

The investment for this six week series is $100. This will be collected when registering for the series.
