Good Faith Estimates 

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your specific plan of care and treatment. At ATL Pelvic Health, we pride ourselves on being transparent with cost of services prior to scheduling your visit. In order to comply with the No Surprises Act, we will now be providing additional documentation that will be completed with your new patient paperwork or as requested. If you have any questions in regards to your good faith estimate, please don't hesitate to ask. We eblieve
